A basic background technique using Tim Holtz for Ranger Oxide inks. Create a background on some Creative Scrapbooker Super Stock with the ink and ink applicators. Stamp a fun Art Impressions stamp, colour in the stamped image with Chameleon Color Tone pens. Add some Simple Stories patterned paper and embellishments then stick it all together with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
